These License Terms (“Terms”) govern the use of all music beats, instrumentals, audio files, and related digital content (“Licensed Works”) purchased, downloaded, or accessed from BeatPillz.com (“Website”). By acquiring or using any Licensed Work from BeatPillz Entertainment (“Licensor”), you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by these Terms as well as the specific license type applicable to your purchase or download.
BeatPillz Entertainment offers three main categories of licenses:
Each category provides different rights and restrictions. The specific license associated with a beat or download determines your legal permissions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, download, or use any Licensed Work.
All beats on BeatPillz.com fall under one of the following licensing frameworks. The applicable license is displayed on the product page or during checkout.
This license grants the Licensee non-exclusive, limited rights to use the beat for commercial or personal purposes as described in the Non-Exclusive License section (see Section 4).
Ownership remains with the Licensor.
The same beat may be licensed to multiple customers.
This license grants broader usage rights—typically including extended distribution, monetization, broadcast permissions, and commercial exploitation.
This agreement is required for projects involving:
Large-scale distribution
Advertising campaigns
Film/TV placements
Corporate and commercial marketing

This license applies only to beats labeled or offered as “Free Beats.”
Free beats may be used solely for nonprofit, non-commercial, or practice/demo purposes, unless the user upgrades to a paid license.

Regardless of license type, Licensee MAY NOT:
Claim ownership of the composition
Register the beat with a copyright or performing rights organization as your own
Resell, redistribute, or upload the beat “as-is”
Use the beat to create sound kits, beat packs, or derivative products
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful use
Reverse engineer or remove audio watermarks from demo files
All rights not expressly granted remain with the Licensor.
3.1 BeatPillz Entertainment retains full ownership of the composition, master recording, and underlying intellectual property.
3.2 Licensee receives usage rights, not ownership.
3.3 You may not use any Licensed Work in a manner that infringes, dilutes, or misrepresents the Licensor’s intellectual property.
Purchasing a beat under the Non-Exclusive License grants the following rights:
Personal and commercial music releases
Social media content
Music streaming platforms
Live performances
Recorded projects within stated distribution limits
Beat is sold to multiple users
No ownership transfer
No sublicensing
No distribution beyond the limits stated on the product page

A Commercial License provides broader usage rights than Non-Exclusive licenses. Typical permissions may include:
Unlimited distribution
Commercial advertisements
Film, TV, radio, and broadcast usage

Monetized social media
Sync placements
Higher licensing fee
Mandatory producer credit
Reporting of distribution metrics (where required)

Non-commercial recordings

Uploads to social media with no monetization
Licensee MAY NOT:
Monetize any content using free beats

Claim ownership of the composition
Remove or alter required producer tags
To use a free beat commercially, you must purchase a paid license.

All published works must include proper credit:

Failure to provide credit may result in revocation of the license.
BeatPillz Entertainment may terminate any license if:
Licensee violates these Terms or specific license terms
Payment disputes or chargebacks occur
The beat is used unlawfully or misleadingly
Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Work.
All beat sales, upgrades, and license purchases are final and non-refundable.
Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
BeatPillz Entertainment is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the license purchase price
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria or International laws, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
