This Free Beats License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of free beats provided by BeatPillz Entertainment (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through https://www.beatpillz.com.
By downloading, using, or distributing any free beat (“Beat”), you (“Licensee” or “you”) agree to the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, use, or distribute any Beat from our website.
BeatPillz Entertainment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Beat under the following conditions:
You may:
Use the Beat for personal and non-commercial projects, such as:
YouTube or social media videos (unmonetized)
Student or practice projects
Personal listening, demos, or songwriting practice
Non-profit creative showcases
Share the Beat publicly only with proper credit as:
“Beat produced by BeatPillz Entertainment – www.beatpillz.com”
You may not:
Sell, license, or distribute the Beat or any derivative version for profit.
Upload or submit the Beat (or songs using it) to Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, or any monetized platform.
Claim ownership or authorship of the Beat.
Register the Beat with any content ID system, distributor, or copyright office.
Use the Beat for commercial advertising, film, or broadcast without written permission.
Use the Beat in any way that promotes violence, hate, or illegal activity.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of this license and may lead to legal action.
All free beats remain the intellectual property of BeatPillz Entertainment.
This Agreement does not transfer copyright ownership.
You are granted only a temporary and conditional license to use the Beat in compliance with these terms.
If you wish to:
Monetize a song created with a Beat,
Upload to digital streaming platforms, or
Use it for promotional or commercial purposes,
You must obtain a paid commercial license from BeatPillz Entertainment.

When you download a free Beat, we may collect:
Your name, email address, and IP address (for download verification).
Technical data such as browser and device details.
We process your data to:
Verify license eligibility.
Protect intellectual property.

You may at any time request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing legal@beatpillz.com.
BeatPillz Entertainment reserves the right to:
Revoke this license at any time if you violate these terms.
Request removal of any content created with our Beats that breaches this Agreement.
Take legal action against copyright infringement or commercial misuse.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Beat and delete all copies in your possession.
All free beats are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
We do not guarantee that the Beat will be error-free or suitable for your specific purpose.
BeatPillz Entertainment is not responsible for any damages or claims arising from your use of the Beat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatPillz Entertainment shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities,
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Misuse or modification of the Beat by third parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Nigeria, where applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
