Licensee: The individual or entity purchasing or obtaining the license (“you,” “your”)
This Commercial License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between BeatPillz Entertainment (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the Licensee (“you”) regarding the commercial use of a specific instrumental beat (“Beat”) obtained from https://www.beatpillz.com.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Beat under a commercial license, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not download or use the Beat.
Upon full payment of the applicable license fee, BeatPillz Entertainment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the Beat for the permitted purposes described below.
The Beat remains the intellectual property of BeatPillz Entertainment.
You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the Beat.
You may choose from the following license tiers.
All licenses are subject to the restrictions in Section 4.

All Licenses include:
Streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, Boomplay, Audiomack, etc.
Distribution through major DSPs (Digital Streaming Platforms).
Use in performances, podcasts, and promotional videos.
Monetization on YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms.
The Licensee may not:
Resell, transfer, or sublicense the Beat in any form.
Register the Beat or derivative works with any copyright or content ID system (e.g., YouTube Content ID, BMI, ASCAP).
Use the Beat for film, TV, or advertising sync placements without a separate synchronization license.
Claim exclusive ownership of the Beat composition.
Use the Beat in any work promoting violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activity.
Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of this license and potential legal action.
The composition and master recording of the Beat remain the exclusive property of BeatPillz Entertainment.
The Licensee owns the vocals, lyrics, and recorded performance they add to the Beat.
The resulting song is considered a joint work between the Licensee and BeatPillz Entertainment, subject to the terms of this license.
You must give credit wherever the Beat is publicly used, unless you have purchased an Unlimited License, which waives this requirement.
Credit format:
“Beat produced by BeatPillz Entertainment – www.beatpillz.com”
Failure to provide proper credit may result in suspension of license rights.
This license remains valid for life unless terminated for breach of terms.
BeatPillz Entertainment reserves the right to:
Terminate this Agreement upon violation of any license condition.
Request removal of infringing or improperly credited works.
Take legal action to protect its intellectual property.
Upon termination, all rights granted under this license are revoked, and you must cease all commercial use of the Beat.
The Licensee:
Retains 100% of revenue from sales, streams, or performances of their song.
Agrees that BeatPillz Entertainment retains the composer’s share of the underlying instrumental (publishing).
Must not collect or redirect the producer’s royalties or publishing rights without written consent.
Upon purchase:
You will receive download access to the Beat and a digital license certificate.
We may collect your name, email, and billing information to process and verify your license.
All data is processed securely and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Request a copy of your license records.
Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
To exercise these rights, contact legal@beatpillz.com.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeatPillz Entertainment and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:
Unauthorized use of the Beat.
Breach of this Agreement.
Any third-party rights violations in your final composition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeatPillz Entertainment shall not be liable for:
Lost profits, data, or reputation;
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Technical issues or data loss from downloads.
All license purchases are final and non-refundable, as Beats are digital intellectual property.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate transactions or technical delivery errors.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of these jurisdictions.
This Agreement, together with the BeatPillz Privacy Policy, Free Beats Policy, and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding licensed Beats.
