All interactions on the platform must be in good faith, avoiding fraudulent or deceptive activities. The use of BeatPillz must be in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the user's jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users are prohibited from using the platform for activities that violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, privacy or any other applicable regulations. It is not permitted to upload, distribute or commercialize content that infringes copyrights, registered trademarks or that does not have the appropriate license. 3. Security and access to the account
Each user is responsible for the security of their account and the information provided to BeatPillz. It is not permitted to share access credentials or use another person's account without authorization. In case of detecting unauthorized access or any suspicious activity, the user must immediately notify BeatPillz support. Any improper use of the platform that compromises the security of the information may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account.
4. User interactions
All interactions between users on the platform must be respectful and professional. Harassment, intimidation, threats, deception or any other abusive behavior is not allowed. BeatPillz reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user who violates these provisions, including content removal and account suspension.
5. Fraud and deceptive activities
Fraud and any type of deceptive activity are strictly prohibited on BeatPillz. This includes, but is not limited to, sales manipulation, artificial traffic generation, falsification of information or any other attempt to deceive other users or the platform. BeatPillz continuously monitors activity on the platform and may take legal action against users who commit fraud.
6. Use of content and copyright
Sellers must guarantee that they own the rights to the beats they publish and sell on the platform. Buyers must respect the license terms of each beat purchased and may not redistribute or resell content without express authorization. Any copyright infringement may result in the removal of the infringing content and the cancellation of the account of the user responsible.
7. Sanctions for non-compliance
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in various sanctions, including warnings, temporary suspension or permanent cancellation of the account. In serious cases, BeatPillz reserves the right to take legal action against the offending user. The platform also reserves the right to remove any content that violates these provisions without prior notice.
8. Policy changes
BeatPillz reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Any changes will come into effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any modification implies acceptance of the new terms by the user.
